Pros: I found the room very cozy, I loved the little terrace with chairs and a small table, but one thing that in my opinion should be in a 4-star hotel, is the complimentary water bottles as a welcome gift upon arrival in the room (something I have found in many 3-star hotels as well). The staff is extremely kind, Matilde and Filippo are very nice. Cons: Actually, nothing, on the first day at breakfast there were no pancakes, crepes, etc., things that were indicated on the website, but it was enough to ask, and from the next day I found them.
