Pros: Nice modern room with great air conditioning during the heat wave. Great location near Underground stations and Kensington Park. Cons: There was no daily servicing of the room.
Central and practical apartment
Pros: Well located, near Kensington Park and close to several metro stations. The apartment has practically everything you need. Cons: Being a basement, it is poorly ventilated. It does not have a dishwasher as the website says. Missing some more kitchen utensils.
Perfect for a solo traveler
Pros: This is my second stay. The studio (303) was a nice size and very quiet. The cleaning is very well done (once every 10 days though). The bed is very comfortable and it's perfect for a solo traveler. Good internet connection. Very good value for money. Independent and efficient air conditioning. Cons: Unlike my last stay, room 303 did not have the washer and dryer in the room but shared with the other 4 apartments on the floor - however, we all return and wish to use this shared equipment at the same hours. The staff is there, but no welcoming gesture beyond the minimum. Perfect for one p

Pros: Excellent location with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Metro station close by. Very quiet location without noise. Cons: The upper floor mezzanine type does not allow standing. The bathroom, although with new and spacious materials, had a strange architecture: no countertop to place a toiletry bag, the shower without doors or shower base which resulted in the entire floor being wet after a shower.
