Pros: Die Lage ist hervorragend, viele nette Pubs und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist schön groß, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Cons: Die Lüftung der beiden Bäder konnte nur mit einem Schalter in dem kleineren Schlafzimmer geschaltet werden, die Tür zum Balkon ließ sich nicht abschließen, es gab zu wenige Spül-Tabs für die Spülmaschine.
