Spacious 3-Bedroom Apt in the Heart of Philly

Great location & coffee bar downstairs

The owners were great, very responsive. The area was absolutely amazing, super walkable with so much to do!

Pros: The location was amazing the property was cute and cozy Cons: There were a few housekeeping issues, small things that we alerted the owner to and they were right on it and receptive to taking care of immediately

A great stay for 4 nights in Philadelphia. Would stay again.

Pros: The location was fantastic. Very convenient to see all the Philadelphia historic sites and Penns Landing. The 3 br and 2 bathrooms were great for 3 adult men in town for the MLB All Star game. The apartment is spacious. The host was very responsive and even gave us early check in. Cons: The space and location are great but there is some deferred maintenance that needs attention. The apartment needs a fresh coat of paint and a couple of the mini blinds are missing slats. The shower curtain on the upper floor needs a new shower curtain. It was a very nice location and friendly staff but smaller than expected.

Pros: It was a nice location and close to a lot of restaurants. The communication was fast and detailed. Cons: There was missing dry wall in places, and was smaller than the pictures made it seem. There was only a few plates and silverware. Plenty of cups and bowls.

Pros: Quite Big apartment Clean Cons: Awful view from the windows: a/c machines and back of the opposite building IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP BECAUSE OF THE A/C Noise, ALL THE TIME , All night long It was mandatory to book for 2 nights so we had to stay Windows old which do not isolate from noise (restaurant at the corner , noise in middle of the night) Cannabis smell No salt, peppper, oil ….
