Appealing avoid at all cost

Pros: Nothing absolutely disgusting place nothing like the pictures could have cried when we arrived for a wedding the place smelt horrible damp and musty looked like never been cleaned for months I had my 84 year old mum with me dark unlit front door area with beer cans Cons: Area full of drug takers kept coming to the front door Felt unsafe no phone number provided actually rang anyone stained dirty carpets not hoovered No mattress cover in beds or pillow protectors ironing board broken Broken lamp on floor Kitchen light behind fridge had to ask where the switch was

Amazing stay!

Pros: Clean, tidy and spacious. Great location to the city centre and university. Quiet area. All facilities were exceptional...a home from home. Staff were friendly and available to answer questions immediately. Absolutely loved our stay here. Would definitely love to come back and stay here. Cons: Would have liked the TV to work but it was a minor inconvenience. It didn't disrupt our stay.

Terrible, do not stay here!

Pros: Close to Newcastle City Centre. Cons: I chose this property to stay at for my sisters hen do weekend. I can only say it looks nothing like the photos advertised. When we arrived we spent 2 hours cleaning up due to how disgusting it was. I was so worried about my sister arriving to this and I am so disappointed in the lack of contact from the host who has completely ignored me when I highlighted the following issues. - Black bin bags and rubbish left outside the front and back of the property. - Over grown with weeds near the front and back doors. - Front door left open with the key in th

Good space and location

Pros: The location was amazing, a close walk to everything. Cons: The kitchen is lacking some cooking items, such as chopping knife, not enough plates/bowl for 8 people. All the pots and pans were damaged and should be replaced.
