Very disappointed
Very disappointed. We had booked this hotel and though it is very clean and the staff at the desk is quite pleasant, we had a weather situation that we had to leave early. There was going to be a nor'easter in our area and we had to get home immediately before they closed certain roads down. We did not stay the two nights we originally booked. We only stayed one. And the hotel would not refund us back our second night even after we explain the situation and had also purchased protection.
