Great stay, will always stay here while in Clt.
Cons: There was a hair in my bathroom upon arriving. I usually still clean over any hotel I stay in but that was unexpected of course. I’ve stayed here multiple times and had my room cleaned by Emelia who left her card. There was no card this time to indicate who did this clean.

Overall, my stay was great. Everything was clean and cozy.
Pros: Check-in and Check-out was easy-they did not charge an incidentals deposit! Everything was clean and worked well. We felt safe there and will stay again! Cons: I would have liked a small nightstand to be on the other side of the first bed, for my phone to lay on. The toilet paper was a name brand, but it was really thin. I really don't have any huge complaints though!

Pros: Clean hotel, friendly staff. Nice gym. Bed comfortable. Cons: Breakfast... lacking. Hot food would have been better not served. Everything else was fine. Limited options. No coffee maker in room.
Very nice hotel (room and staff and amenities) for the price.
Amazing staff. They helped me with all questions and concerns. I loved my name on the tv. Staff members helped my partner by giving him a toothbrush after he forgot his at home.
