We were in Venice with three generations including young kids. Splendid was a perfect for our family
Pros: We loved the breakfast and breakfast room, we loved our suite and the marble bathroom with bathtub, we loved the location, we loved the lively rooftop bar with music, good food and drinks and DJ. Cons: Unfortunately, being very hot while we were there, there were a few mosquitoes as the room windows were opened up by staff during the day. The lobby area looks a bit tired, though colourful and comfortable.

Had it not been for the inconveniences presented, it would have been a great stay.
Pros: Friendliness, attentiveness, and cleanliness Cons: The Junior Suite assigned to me was unacceptable, no shower only bathtub making it impossible for me to enter, dark room windows and shutters could not be opened. After one night, the Superior room assigned to me was okay, with the drawback that only one window wing could be opened for access to the balcony, the locking mechanism of the other wing was defective and therefore locked. Furthermore, when booking, I chose the payment condition at the accommodation, however, the full amount was charged in advance, which is not acceptable to me
