Pros: The staff both in the pub & hotel were very friendly & helpful and made us feel very welcome. Cons: There wasn’t any coffee or milk in the room for a morning coffee, which was a little disappointing.

Clean, comfortable, good air conditioning
Pros: The team were helpful in holding our luggage while we were out for the day. The bed was comfortable and the room had good air-conditioning, which was a godsend in the heatwave. The pub served great food and the staff were really kind. The room was clean and well set up. Cons: The road noise was a little loud, but the window to our room was onto the main street in London. If you prefer something quieter, request a room further back
