Pros: The hotel and room were beautiful, clean, and comfortable Cons: The area isnt super pleasant but I suppose its normal for a big city im just not used to it.

Pros: We chose this Hotel as it was close to the concert arena (2 blocks away). Staff was pleasant and helpful in answering questions about nearby area. Room was exactly as I booked and very clean. Beds were comfortable and great water pressure in shower. Cons: Continental breakfast was ok. Wished they had scrambled eggs. They only had some kind of egg fratata that I tried but did not like. Waffle line was long. Could not eat sausage due to allergy. So oatmeal and fried potatoes it was.

Will Not Be Staying Again

Cons: Maid service was a joke, even after I tipped generously.Also my ID and bancard went missing along with a shaver and belt, non of which were taken to lost &found. Front desk clerk was rude, poor communication skills. Still haven't been reimbursed for the deposits.Will not use this hotel again.
