We got into Chicago well before check in time. Emily was at the counter and checked us in. She was able to pre-check in our rooms so that when we came back we basically just needed to get keys. She was wonderful. She was helpful, professional and great to work with. Overall our stay was great. Hotel was nice, clean, decent breakfast, great location.

Great restaurants and shops were very walkable. River walk was 5 minutes away which was awesome.
