The gentleman that checked me in was not very friendly. He acted like I was an inconvenience for checking in. The young lady who checked me out was very friendly. She smiled and acted like she cared because of her I will be back.

My family and I always stay here when we’re in the Grapevine area because it is next to the mall. As always, the staff is very nice. The rooms are always clean. The beds are always comfortable. The breakfast selection is always great. I recommend this hotel to everyone. You will not be disappointed.
