Bad staff, lost reservation and not helpful when requested help.
Pros: Nothing. Lost my reservation and took 30 min to tell me I do not have a room. Cons: I tried 3 times to reschedule this stay. Every time staff were hard to deal with. Showed up on day of reservation. 30 minutes waiting to find out I do not have a reservation. It also had a security fence and you had to be buzzed in.
Pros: Room was clean, staff was very nice & friendly! Breakfast was pretty good too! Cons: Nothing
Pros: The rooms were comfortable and clean. The location was great. Cons: Having to wait at the gate to be let back in anytime we left. It felt like it took a while.
