Absolute nightmare. Had to get a different hotel. Property sold out on a confirmed Booking booking.
Cons: It would have been better to actually get a room vs getting told by the property they were sold out and having poor service by Booking.

Cons: I showed up and only one person was at the front and while she checked in my coworkers and i stood in line, someone else showed up and the employee called for someone else to come out and attend them, not me. Despite having a confirmation number, they did not have my reservation and offered me the dingy luggage room to get ready for my dinner in since they would not have a room ready for hours. I tried to call for a late checkout and not only did they say no but they disabled my key card before my check out time so i had to come back down wait in line again and then within 10 min of my

Pros: The breakfast was good! Staff was nice! I liked the safe! Cons: Dirtyyyy!!! Hair in shower floor unswept unclean sheets everything dirty. I could see into other guests room so I know they could see into mine curtain doesn’t even fully close the window no privacy had to get dressed in the very tiny bathroom!
