Shuttle was far, booking doubletree next time
Pros: The hotel itself was clean and the shuttle took us to the front door. Cons: The shuttle was 40 minutes late (I was traveling with two kids so not very “call us for immediate shuttle”). Two other hotels had been around two to three times before Springhill arrived once. The breakfast was not good.
Good hotel
The lady at the reception desk was very polite and friendly. Our room and the hotel in general were very clean.
Everything is great Other than the walls insulation in the bathroom!
Pros: The lobby snd the cafeteria are so nice and clean and the staff are so friendly and polite!🫶🏼 Cons: I could hear The next door bedroom we’re talking about something that made me couldn’t go to sleep.
Well appointed room with nice indoor pool and delicious breakfast
Pros: The property was close to the airport and Fox rental. The area was quiet. Parking was convenient to the front door. Cons: All was good
