Overpriced compared to similar stays in SLC and poorly handled reservations and correction procedure
Pros: good size room Cons: Springhill Suite staff charged me 2X. I booked originally via Booking.com. Upon check-in, I was told that booking.com reservations were not working and that I'd have to pay Springhill Suites directly and get refunded by booking.com. Turns out that right after staff charged my credit card, they then checked and found that indeed the booking.com reservation did work correctly (wouldn't it have been nice for them to not assume problems with my reservation before charging me a second time). Regardless, I was promised the additional charge was NOT going to hit my card
