Very dissatisfied.
Pros: Not much over the past 4 months. Cons: I have stayed at this Springhill Suites on company business as well as other staff members for the past 8 years. It has become one of our companies' preferred accommodations. However, over the past 4 or so months it has deteriorated due to poor management. The experiences have been, no cable TV, elevators that don't work or only one being operational, no breakfast, no coffee, rooms that do not meet the Marriot Standard in care & cleanliness. This facility has changed ownership several times over the past year and has not been a dependable place

Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Pros: Die Zimmerausstattung war sehr gut, und auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat absolut überzeugt. Cons: Das Frühstück könnte etwas vielfältiger sein.

They won't accommodate if their A/C malfunctions. Better to sleep in your car.
Pros: The air conditioner went out in the middle of the night so the stay was terrible. Management did nothing about it when it was reported the next morning. Cons: Management's lack of response to the problem.
