Great place to stay

Pros: Clean, spacious room. Decent sized and clean bathroom. Pretty good breakfast Cons: Initial front desk reception, rooms not ready even though check in time is so late (4pm) and we arrived after 4. Attending person didn't make eye contact when it was our turn, instead she took a call from a customer, received their complaint, took the time to relay the info to a housekeeper. I don't mind any of that but she should have acknowledged us, she should have said to give her a minute she'll get to us, something to the effect and not behave as if we were not there or invisible
