Good stay between NYC and Boston when on road trip.
Pros: The gym room was great, and the breakfast in the morning was good with eggs and other toppings. Cons: At the time we were there, the lift was not working, and the stairs were at the end of the building, causing some extra carrying of luggage.
I traveled a long way and paid to receive horrible service.
Pros: The maintenance guy Kenny was very nice and helpful. He came and saw that we did not have any air and immediately transferred us into another room. Cons: The front desk clerks were not mean, but they do need some customer service training. As a Marriott member, I didn’t receive my complimentary water, the air went out in the room, and we stayed one night in a hot room because the clerk said she put in an order when she knew that the maintenance person was on-site. My husband had to request again for someone to come. We are thankful for Mr. Kenny. The cleaning lady was not friendly at all
