The property was in a decent area close to the airport. Transportation was very good.

They really need to figure out how to deal with their transportation issue and have people answering the phone and not h
Pros: Rooms are clean beds are comfortable and it’s in an OK location decent I think overall the hotel itself Cons: The staff was another issue with the kept hanging up on me on the phone when I was trying to call for the Shuttle to come get me she answered and had me going to the wrong spot to be picked up she told me hold on and then hung up on me. I kept calling back. She kept picking up the phone hanging up picking up the phone hang up. Wouldn’t even say hey hold on a minute. I’m busy just give me a moment nothing I ended up having to pay for a cab to get to the hotel

Pros: Great comfort and staff Cons: There was a conference there for 3 days and the hotel was kinda busy, one elevator was down and the wait for the elevator was extended up to 10 to 15 min.

Probably won’t stay here again.
Pros: The most run down SpringHill Suites I’ve ever stayed at. Leaking shower head, carpet in hallway smelled dirty. Chipped paint. Not the standard I’m used to. Cons: See above
