We'll avoid Springhill Suites in the future

Pros: Friendly staff Cons: Bringing newborn babies home from the hospital late before a long drive home in the morning. Hallways and room smelled of heavy fumes and were visibly dirty. Immediately requested refund at front desk. Promised a refund and receipt of $0 but charged full price with no receipt of $0.
