Great location, comfortable room.
Pros: Great location, nice room. Loved that the sheets and towels had no scent!! Cons: The coffee maker in the room didn’t work.

Pros: Very clean and nice
Pros: Very clean and nice. Lobby area was very welcoming. Staff was helpful. Cons: The room was not ready upon our 3pm arrival. the pull out couch was horrendously uncomfortable. I did not get much sleep on that thing. A fan in the bathroom would have been nice as well.

Just wonderful!
Loved this hotel. Everything is exactly as needed. Terrific clean room with great bed, wifi, outlets, bath, fridge/microwave. Excellent staff and service. The lobby/bar/breakfast area is so nice. It's in the heart of downtown so it can be very quiet on nights and weekends. People mention no place for dinner but Alarys is right next door and it is terrific. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Excellent Stay
I had an outstanding stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott St. Paul Downtown. From start to finish, the experience was welcoming, clean, comfortable, and professional. The General Manager, Jeroen Grob, was amazing and clearly leads a wonderful team. The staff throughout the hotel were kind, helpful, attentive, and made the stay feel very personal. The hotel itself was very clean, and I felt comfortable and safe in the location. My room was spotless, thanks to Angelica, my room attendant, who did an amazing job. It is always appreciated when a hotel room feels truly clean and well cared for.
