Overall, it's reasonable value for money, given the prices of other places in that general area.

Pros: Good location, close to shops, lake, beach etc. Nice courtyard out the back to sit near the lake. Restaurant on site. Carpark provides easy access to your vehicle. Cons: It wasn't as clean as it could have been. There was mold in the shower and on the shower curtain. No toaster because of the no cooking rule. Highway noise was constant. The property is not particularly well maintained.

Location overlooking Lake Macquarie Quiet

Pros: Good restaurant attached Cons: Flaking paint on the ceiling, tiny room and bathroom.

Old property but lovely location.

Pros: Bed was comfortable. Lovely location and view. Cons: Property has seen better days. Thin walls. No parking left on site after we returned after dinner.
