SR Hotel Yeongjong

Great location- average hotel

Pros: The property has amazing views of your ocean side and a lovely park to walk around with lots of cafes/ restaurants Cons: The hotel was very run down. You had to self check in and finding the floor was annoying with 3 kids and after a 15 hour flight . Room was very average with one bed set up with about 1.5m ceiling space and the sofa bed set up was dirty. No towels so we had to use the bath mat or cutlery etc . Strange damp / bog smell from the bathroom. The room was also really hot when we got there as the aircon hadn’t been on so it took hours to get it from 27c to 22.

Pros: Average Cons: A bit disappointing that the bed is in a loft

I would not recommend this location. I paid for the breakfast and it was not good at all.

Pros: The room was clean Cons: The bedrooms were in the loft with steep stairs. This was never mentioned in the write up about the hotel. These rooms are not appropriate for seniors and for anyone who has problems climbing stairs. Also, the sleeping area was very hot as the AC was not very efficient.

Has a washing machine, layout is duplex

Pros: Has a kitchen. The design has a total of three beds in a loft. Making good use of space. The front desk is on the 2nd floor for self check-in, but there will be a staff member on-site to assist. Cons: Hair on the bed head. Very small space. The kitchen has no utensils or tableware, so it is not functional
