Cuando llegué, el hotel no tenía mi reserva de Expedia
Cuando llegué, el hotel no tenía mi reserva de Expedia. Aun así, pude conseguir una habitación. La presión del agua en la ducha era extremadamente baja. No había paños de lavado. El personal fue muy amable y el servicio al cliente excelente.

When I arrived, the hotel did not have my reservation from Expedia
When I arrived, the hotel did not have my reservation from Expedia. I was still able to get a room. The water pressure for the shower was extremely low. No wash clothes. Staff was very friendly and great customer service.
