Had a dry place to rest overnight.

Cons: The shower door would not stay shut. Shower floor corners had mold/mildew. The sink had slow drainage because the drain plug was full of slimy debris. The cleaning agents used throughout the hotel had an extremely strong scent of cologne. Did not smell clean or fresh. Bedding had dark stains on the upper part of the flat sheet. And only one out of my seven day stay at the St Charles hotel, did the front desk employees engage in courteous conversation. They were always lounging on their phones. But the location of the hotel was very acceptable.

Pros: The location was great, and the hotel was very nice. Good place to get on the trolley. Cons: The only beef I had was housekeeping knocking on the door at 8:10am. This was my vacation. Also the cleaning staff would yell down the hall to see where other people were or to ask how much work they had left. Also, the hotel should clean the ice maker better. It had slim on it.

Pros: I loved the location very convenient. Area was nice took long walks in the area. Plenty of places to go grab something to eat and little shops to go in. Cons: They need to update the TV's mine showed very dark. My friend hers had like gray spots running through it. You can tell there old. But other then that no complaints
