I would only book again if there were no alternatives

Pros: It was not too far from central London, the area seemed safe. There was parking nearby. Its cheap-ish Cons: I asked the staff if the room was noisy and they said no its fine but... The room was right the front, on the ground floor and was noisy with people walking past outside laughing and talking all night. the windows were not double glazed so you could hear every drunken word. There is an underground line very close by so with the vibration from the train and noise from the street i didn't get any sleep. Avoid room 6 at all costs

With a little more care this could have been so much better.

Pros: Finding the hotel was easy. Cons: I had my ID copied with no offer to provide it to have details written down. No privacy policy. In breach of GDPR The bed was not too bad - but was, effectively, a large camp bed with a damp over-cover. The bathroom smelt of foul waste and the sink did not drain for approx 2 mins. The sink was dirty and waste came out of the trap when the tap was run. The room was directly beside reception who played music at night, which, mixed with underground trains right underneath meant I had very little sleep. On checkout there was no ability to give feedbac
