Employees are very good, very sweet, very helpful
Employees are very good, very sweet, very helpful. Good for the price but rooms are always small in London conditions. The receptionist was very sweet and very helpful in everything. Thanks to all the staff so much 💖

Pros: Nothing in particular Cons: The fact that I consider the room to be unsafe under health and safety. I showed the photographs that I took to the person when I checked out a day early. She said that there was a missing light bulb. That is not correct, that was not a light bulb fitting that was exposed. This will be reported to Booking.com as an unsafe place.
