Rooms stunk, lift not working, no proper breakfast, should be embarrassed to charge £370 a night! Awful
Pros: Close to wembley Cons: Terrible breakfast, pretty much bread/toast and croissants… was expecting a full English or some kind of bacon and sausage with egg but nothing

Very expensive hotel however great location but I would expect more , hotel is tired looking , lift not working and bar
Pros: The shower . Cons: Lift was not working , hotel bar not opened , overall the hotel needs a makeover tired looking .

Never again
Cons: Do not choose this hotel. Elevator not working, needed to climb 5 floors, room smells terrible, carpet dirty, definitely not a 4star, barely 3

The best overnight stay that I’ve ever had anywhere!!!
Pros: Love the room, the bathroom, the staff, we were also given a room with a balcony! Shay (sorry not sure on name spelling) on reception went above and beyond on our stay! Cons: Nothing!
