Terrible NEVER AGAIN

Pros: Centrally located Cons: Dirty rooms, lift doesn’t work, staff can’t do simple things. Changed my room 4 times because of the dirt, and lift problem but still messed it up. Moved me from a double to single, no ability to check simple things before moving you around. Really bad attitude towards customers.

Un soggiorno tutto sommato discreto, con un buon prezzo

Pros: Ho apprezzato soprattutto il rapporto qualità-prezzo, considerando i costi elevati di Londra e la possibilità di soggiornare a un prezzo contenuto. La zona vicino allo stadio è tranquilla e offre diversi localini carini dove fare colazione e iniziare bene la giornata. Una buona soluzione per visitare Londra senza spendere troppo per l’alloggio! Cons: La stanza non era pulitissima: anche se ogni giorno cambiavano gli asciugamani e rifacevano il letto, la moquette era piena di polvere. Inoltre, la camera non aveva finestre e l'ascensore non funzionava durante il soggiorno. Anche la posizio
