Very nice, but...

Pros: Rooms were very nice, staff was friendly. Cons: If breakfast is paid then everything should be free. Don't offer extras... When I arrived they told me I got an "upgrade" which was actually a big DOWNGRADE. Don't get me wrong.... suite was fantastic BUT, it is located on top of the TUBE, so the room is shaking and noisy every 2 minutes. Crazy and you can't sleep like this. But if you are willing to wait until 1AM you can since the tube stops operating for a few hours.... Anyway , they changed our suite to a regular room, which was smaller but very nice. The only thing bad in this room was

Pros: Location. Cons: The items in the bathroom were open and the breakfast was the worst I have ever had.

Pros: We were upgraded to a family room which was a lovely treat

Pros: We were upgraded to a family room which was a lovely treat. Beds very comfy,very clean everywhere and very pleasant staff. Cons: Bar closed early, came back from the theatre and hoped to get one drink.
