Great room and location
Great location and lovely sized room and bathroom
Excellent location and price. Clean and comfortable. Owners were very helpful.
Pros: The rooms were clean with a walk in shower and coffee and tea making facilities. The location was very good with bus routes and a subway station- St John’s Wood - close by. The area is lovely and has grocery stores, laundry, restaurants and coffee shops. Cons: Stairs are steep but manageable.
We loved the location but the mattress was paper thin.
Pros: The location and the set up of the room and self check in Cons: The mattress was SO thin and worn, it had zero support. I was worried for my back. The shared areas were in need of a refresh. The shower didn't drain and the bin was broken.
Different
Pros: Location. Large room and bathroom as well. Cons: Very noisy as it’s over a pub. Lockbox to gain access and didn’t receive a code so had to go to the pub to get a code and keys. No lift. No bulbs in the bedside lamps.
Dirty
Pros: Location Cons: Main door left open. Hall and stairs disgusting. Mattress beyond worn out. Bedroom carpet filthy. Air con and tv not working and no intention of repairing. Pubes in the shower
