Super birthday treat felt very spoilt
Pros: Location, cool decor, air conditioning Cons: Nothing
Great location, very clean hotel, good size room and excellent shower
Pros: Location Cleanliness Room good Shower excellent Cons: Bed/mattress not the most comfortable Breakfast on both days chaotic and not relaxing in any way, for a number of reasons unfortunately. Did mention this to reception staff on checking out but seemed nonplussed and gave no certainty that issues would be resolved in future!
We had a great stay here. The location is perfect and the rooms are very comfy
The location was perfect. Its very close to all the main attractions. The staff were helpful.
Perfect for small families.
Pros: Centrally located in the theater district. Near all the good restaurants, landmarks, and of course, West End. Our room spacious room (double double 2 queen beds) was perfect for our family of four. Friendly and helpful staff. Cons: Hallways were dark. But no one really spends time in the hallways, so not an issue at all.
