Pros: Beautiful cosy room in art deco theme with great view over the church. The restaurant downstairs was very good for breakfast and dinner. Cons: More information at check in like key box code and places to park.

Comfortable stay in heritage village

Pros: Well appointed comfortable room, excellent location in heritage village on Cotswold Way. Very quiet despite location. Having access to a fridge was appreciated. Cons: Quite expensive when compared with other similar properties in the area particularly with breakfast option.

Relaxing. Will book 2 nights next time

Pros: Beautiful room with a great view of the church spire. Wet room was also lovely. A fridge outside individually marked up milk ad natural fresh water. It was quite exciting following the instructions to our room. Location was great with a couple of pubs and a cracking Bistro below our room. Free car parking behind the church Cons: Lack of places to eat in Painswick, although where we ate was great food and service. The village is beautiful with some stunning variety of properties. We will definitely visit again.

Great stay in the Cotswolds Way.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel’s location was excellent, right off the Cotswolds Way. The room was clean and uniquely decorated. The breakfast was excellent!
