A good night

Pros: Central Cons: Nil

Poor facilities and responses.

Pros: No breakfast. Nothing really. Cons: Clearer instructions to find key lockbox. There was no freezer section in the fridge so you could not have ice for drinks. When I asked if there was a possibility for a slight earlier check in I was informed it would cost me GBP15 and they told me this is normal. This is not my experience, many facilities have offered em early check in at no extra cost. I will not be using this accommodation again and will be advising colleagues to avoid it. This is my first ever complaint!

Pros: Really good location and the apartment was clean. The communication before our stay was fantastic. Cons: A light bulb missing from one of the bedroom lamps and the TV in the bedroom didnt work

Had a pleasant stay and would recommend

Town location great,room.3 at the back and will be booking again

Convenient

Pros: Location was excellent Cons: It is looking a little sad but we only used it for bed and breakfast. We were at a conference and had lunch and evening meals out. So it suited us for what we needed.
