Pros: Excellent location Cons: I have stayed at this property a few times, and although I have made suggestions to encourage improvements, it seems the managers ignore them. I will try one more time: please replace the entryway carpet with a dark-colored one—the current one is filthy. In this heat, they didn't even provide fans; the shower was broken, and I had to fix it three times just to get it working. Pros: Location Cons: Very outdated, dirty. One of the worst accommodations we’ve ever experienced. A dirty carpet right at the entrance - a terrible first impression. The beds are uncomfortable; one sags, and you can feel the springs in the other. The water heater in the bathroom is leaking, so the shower pressure is very weak. The linoleum is peeling. Dirty walls throughout the entire apartment. A broken hinge on the closet, so it couldn’t be used. The windows are very hard to open; one handle is missing in the kitchen. Tired and dirty flat

Pros: the location is superb with easy access to shops and the station. Cons: Apart from the excellent location, the property was unfortunately very disappointing. The flat was noticeably dirty, and we even found previous guests’ dirty socks under the bed when we looked for a missing item. The whole space could benefit from a fresh coat of paint, and the laminate floors are lifting, exposing grit and grime underneath.
