Pros: Very good location. Very good sheets, clean room, enough pillows and blankets. Cons: One bed in room 35 needs to be replaced. It is too uncomfortable.

Pros: Stanza piccola ma funzionale, per chi vuole visitare Londra e non solo riposarsi è ottima. Camera composta da letto armadio scrivania e bagno. Nulla di più nulla di meno. Per noi che l'abbiamo utilizzata solo per dormire, in quanto tutto il giorno in giro per Londra. La pulizia è eccellente. La zona è eccezionale dato che ci sono 4 linee di metro a soli 10min a piedi che ti portano al centro e in tutte le zone da dover visitare. In più non è una zona molto turistica, molti locali "cittadini" e non turistici e prezzi più bassi rispetto il centro. Il bagno della camera molto pulito ma molt

Exceptional value for money.

Pros: The hotel is on a very nice stretch of Shepherd's Bush Road with lots of restaurants and pubs within a 5 minute walk. The room itself was on the street but very quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great stay. Cons: There is no air conditioner, just a fan on the desk. That said, I was there during one of the hottest stretches of the summer and had no problem, cool with good air flow. A note for people with limited mobility: I did not see an elevator and it's a few minutes to the tube station.

Pros: The welcome from the staff, really very nice! Cons: The stairs are narrow but I think that's typical in the UK
