Good stay with almost everything nearby, good location!

Pros: The welcome from the staff, really very nice! Cons: The stairs are narrow but I think that's typical in the UK

Lovely staff, great location and good value for money.

Pros: Close to Hammersmith tube station, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable Cons: The rooms were quite warm but there was a fan provided so may have just been because of the heatwave
