Wonderful stay – exceptionally kind staff and incredibly comfortable beds!
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! First of all, the staff were absolutely wonderful – so friendly, patient and understanding. I had a little confusion about the additional city tax, and the lovely lady at reception took the time to explain everything calmly and kindly. I really appreciated her patience and professionalism. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable! The mattress, pillows and soft bedding were simply amazing – honestly, I didn’t want to get out of bed! Everything, including the towels and bed linen, was fresh and perfectly clean. The

Pros: Spazi grandi , personale molto gentile , sopra la metro che ti porta al duomo in 12 minuti, in generale molto pulito. Cons: hotel un po datato, il fatto che un hotel a 4 stelle deve sempre avere l'aria condizionata disponibile invece avendo una stanza dove batteva sempre il sole anche se primi di ottobre era infuocata ma non si poteva accendere l'aria.

Pros: Отель старенький, но хорошо ухожен. Главный плюс это расположение. Он в 100м от станции метро. Т.е. от порога до Дуомо~20мин. Cons: На фото он выглядит более пафосным чем на самом деле
