Wir waren mit unserem Familienzimmer für 3 Personen zufrieden, hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt!
Pros: Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr freundlich, lösungsorientiert und zuvorkommend. Mit Englisch kommt man sehr gut zurecht. Bedienung im Frühstückraum und an der Bar sehr aufmerksam. Frühstückbuffet mit reichlicher Auswahl! Da wir unser Auto auf dem Hotelparkplatz für 15 EUR die Nacht parken konnten, haben wir die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel genutzt. Absolut Top, die Lage der Metrostation direkt vor dem Hotel. Man ist in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt und am Mailänder Dom. Cons: Die allgemeine Sauberkeit des Hotels ist sehr gut. Trotzdem, hätte man in den Zimmern etwas mehr auf die Sauberei
