Very nice and pleasant stay.
Pros: The rooms very clean, pleasant staff and a very nice location in a nice building with character. Cons: Nothing everything was very nice. Excellent value for money. It obviously is a very successful wedding venue and I am not sure I would like to visit when there is a wedding as it could be busy.
Disappointing
Pros: Excellent comfortable bed and pillows Cons: Under staffed throughout. No-one was at reception and when we found someone in the bar area he acknowledged we were waiting but then spent 15 minutes attending to the bar before checking us in. Breakfast was a disaster. No staff around so we couldn't give our order. Couldn't work out how the toaster worked, but there was no-one to ask. After 20 minutes we gave up and abandoned the idea of breakfast. I suspect their focus is on wedding parties rather than concern for their guests.

Really good stop over hotel while travelling to South West from Scotland.
Beds were very comfortable and room was not too hot. Dinner was very good value for money.
Pros: Very quiet. Good mattress. Close to Lymm. Cons: No proper coffee machine.
