Enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Antwerp with easy access to the local transport system

Pros: The apartment is handily located for tram and various bus services with stops all within a 5 minute walk. There are a selection of supermarkets, bakery and restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walk too. There is a view of a beautiful church tower from the window. The owner is very meticulous with his cleaning. It was very handy to have a washing machine with a rapid wash as I was visiting to play sport and needed to wash my kit. Arrogant, passive-aggressive host! The worst stay of my life!

Pros: Good location. Got the place with a big discount. Good amount of space, nice bathroom facilities. An oven, microwave, kettle, and washing machine are available. Cons: It was the worst stay of my life – the host was arrogant and extremely passive-aggressive. Was over an hour late to meet us with keys, apparently stuck in traffic; we had to wait in the rain. No prior messaging, no 'thank you for choosing us' text, NOTHING! I had to contact him myself on the day of the stay to even ask how on earth we are getting the keys.
