An unfortunate disaster.

Pros: Nothing! Cons: This was a disaster as soon as we arrived to check-in. Quite frankly, I think they overbooked and then attempted to make excuses as to why a room was not ready. First told air conditioning was out on fifth floor and they were attempting to rectify the situation. Then we were told the staff were examining "other recently cleaned rooms", but while waiting for over an hour, not one room opened up. Staff kept trying to dodge and weave or not say anything about the lack of check-in. This was also the day of a huge rugby match in Baltimore and others were experiencing the s

Beautiful large rooms at great location

Pros: Great hotel. Big rooms! Great breakfast. Quick walk to Nevermore Hall. Easy valet parking. Cons: Idk if was the fridge or people going in and out of their room near us, I tried to figure it out! But there was a LOUD banging noise every couple minutes to the point I'd jump in my bed. Lol I came to the conclusion it was just a ghost. 😆 I out headphones on and used the provided sleep mask, though. A truck was out front around 330 for ever, too, delivering food but that's the city for you! Bring headphones. Great stay otherwise.

A home away from home.

Pros: The hotel was cozy and the amenities were great. I loved the free breakfast. I also liked that each room had a kitchenette which included dishes and cookware and that laundry facilities were available. Cons: Everything was absolutely wonderful including the staff.

Fabulous and we will stay here again

The staff were all so helpful and the hotel room had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.
