Pros: Breakfast was ok. Coffee in the room was good. Cons: 1) my friend slept at the bed, and I slept on sofa bed. It has been about 5 days passed but I have such a bad back pain from the springs on sofa bed. It was so uncomfortable, I promise I did not sleep even 5 minutes. I kept sitting on the bed to help my back pain. 2) The first day I arrived a little early and went to check in but the African American guy told me that I have to comeback exactly at 3. Disappointing stay due to unfair pricing, poor room conditions, and unresolved customer service issues.
Pros: The room was spacious and the location was convenient. The staff were polite during check-in. Cons: The biggest disappointment was the pricing. I paid a much higher price through Booking.com than the hotel’s own rates. After I reported the issue, Booking.com and the hotel kept passing responsibility to each other instead of resolving the problem. The room cleanliness and the very noisy air conditioner made the stay even more disappointing
