Staybridge Suites - Houston - Medical Center by IHG

Disappointing stay due to unfair pricing, poor room conditions, and unresolved customer service issues.

Pros: The room was spacious and the location was convenient. The staff were polite during check-in. Cons: The biggest disappointment was the pricing. I paid a much higher price through Booking.com than the hotel’s own rates. After I reported the issue, Booking.com and the hotel kept passing responsibility to each other instead of resolving the problem. The room cleanliness and the very noisy air conditioner made the stay even more disappointing

Poor Quality-Price Ratio. Disappointing

Pros: Location near stadium Cons: When I arrived, they had canceled my reservation due to overbooking but did not inform me. After waiting for 1 hour, they found me a room. I went to take a shower and the bathtub was full of hair. At night, the window let in all the noise.

It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly.

Pros: Hotel was very clean compared to others. Staff at the front desk was very friendly. Plenty of options for breakfast, enjoyed the fresh fruit and eating area was very clean. Location was very close to where we needed to be. Would definitely recommend and book again! Cons: It would have been very helpful to have known at the time of booking about the availability of the medical discount.
