Amazing place

Pros: I loved that the staff where super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was complimentary and had a very good choice.of English and continental foods, The room itself was quite large and spacious, the bed was comfy and warm, the TV had a welcome message for me on it which was cute. The rooms come with hob, microwave, dishwasher and and utensils you could need for a long stay. The bathroom was lovely with a shower that was lush and ample towels and wash cloths. Down in the lobby they also have a pantry where you can buy things like ready meals, snacks and drinks(including alcoholic drinks)

Pros: Location. Great staff. Nice breakfast. Cons: Stains on carpet….. Furniture had marks and peeling upholstery

An excellent location for sightseeing. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast very good.

Great location, close to Albert Dock and city centre disappointed with the cleanliness of the room.

Pros: Good secure parking on site for a price. Acceptable buffet style breakfast, central location very good. Cons: The rooms bathroom should have been cleaner than it was and there were stains on the bedding.

Represented really good value for money.

Pros: We loved the location and the facilities in this property. The laundry which was free to use was a godsend as we had been travelling a while. The room we booked was basic but clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were always helpful and friendly. We had an issue with our safe and it was repaired immediately. Cons: We enjoyed this property.
