Comfortable but housekeeping was horrible and needs to clean rooms better disappointed
Pros: Breakfast and front desk was understanding but she said that someone would be up to talk about housekeeping she did what she could Cons: I was very disappointed did the trash wasn’t taken out from the State before us underneath the kitchen sink. It smells bad and we couldn’t figure what the smell was until we started cleaning. Housekeeping came in to clean. They did not clean. Nothing. All they did was make the bed one day. We didn’t even have toilet paper. We had to call and have some brought up. I paid almost $1000. And trash wasn’t even taken out. I had to go to front desk and ask for

The place I needed to be close to my friends
Pros: The location and breakfast Cons: I requested in the office to clean my room, but they forgot to clean the toilet bowl. The TV in a nearby room was on loud volume for two days all night, disturbing my sleep. I was in room 305

Over all it’s a great place to stay.
Pros: Clean and easy access to restaurants. Cons: The hot tub gate had a chained lock on it. We saw several people trying to get in it but couldn’t. We finally had to ask the front desk why it was locked and they said it wasn’t supposed to be and removed the lock so we could access the hot tub.
