Booked Seven Nights and Felt Could Not Stay After Two Nights

Pros: The rooms are generally of a good standard but the pet rooms may not warrant the star rating the hotel boasts Cons: We had a significant difficulty with staff and left after two nights despite booking a seven night stay. On raising with staff they handled matters very badly. I book over 30-40 hotels a year and have never left one early so I have asked IHG to independently investigate what went so wrong for us here.

Spacious and pristine apartments in a central location.

Pros: Spacious and clean-I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook. We had three rooms-all immaculate. For a central location, it’s so quiet at night. The breakfast is fantastic-a great range and good quality products. The apart hotel has a really friendly feel to it. Lovely staff. Cons: We only stayed one night.

We only stayed one night but would be happy to stay here again for a longer duration. Suite had everything you needed. Breakfast was lovely, fresh and plentiful.
