Do not stay here.

Workers st hotel went into my and my family's 2nd room while we were out to "change" a thermostat which BTW was working fine. The only notice was a note in the elevator. Was not informed at check-in. When I came back to my room I noticed several flies, and a strange odor. My daughter said there's a notice in elevator saying they would be doing work in the time frame we were staying. I was upset to learn they never told me or gave each tenant a notice. At the front desk the manager admitted they probably should have informed us. I honestly don’t understand why I stayed again at this property plz don’t stay here if you have any balloons or a cake because front desk manager JORDAN BROWN will assume your having a party I was told by this employee that this hotel does not allow any balloons or cake inside of there hotel or anything looks or consists of a party I was told even though it was just you and your child and there was 3 people and no music or any proof we had a party I was charged $266 clean up fee lol and there where only 3 ballon’s left behind I stayed at this property 3 times and I continue to have issues wi

Very helpful staff and pleasant

The staff that you had there on the morning of our stay were Wonderful a young Black young woman and young black man I say this because I forgot their names. My stay is listed under Lela Tisdale

Quick weekend visit.

We stayed in one of the updated and renovated rooms on the third floor. They did a beautiful job with the renovations! The bed was more comfortable and the couch was bigger and more comfortable. I appreciate the addition of the mirrors in the bedrooms!
