I gave it a 6 because of the safety issue with the bathroom door and the patio door not being open.
Pros: It was spacious clean and the staff were incredible with a great location close to the arena. Cons: The bathroom door was broken upon check in and no one came up to fix it and the door to the patio that we had was sealed shut.
Pros: The location, room itself and the staff were amazing!!! Cons: The king bed in room 401 was like sleeping on a brick
Pros: The location, room itself and the staff were amazing!!! Cons: The king bed in room 401 was like sleeping on a brick. Also, the A/C was set to 72 but both bedrooms were like ovens. Also, the glass door closest to the shower head in the master bathroom needs to be adjusted. It was letting water out of the shower.
It was great. We slept very well. Kitchen was awesome.

Would not stay here again. The place was not clean.
Pros: Location was right off the freeway. Cons: Small rooms, beds are uncomfortable and the pool hallways and elevator were filthy.
