Great place for families and pets
This place was amazing! We had two cats and our 5 year old son and stopped here during a road trip. The hotel was so helpful with everything from the time we booked the trip to the time we checked out. We booked a suite with two queen beds and it was very spacious for all of us. Thanks for a great stay!
New, clean, comfy mattress, soft sheets
We stayed here for one night while traveling and would definitely stay again. The hotel is brand new, spotless, and very comfortable. The sheets were exceptionally soft, and everything felt fresh and well maintained. Check-in was quick and easy, and the parking lot was well lit, which made us feel comfortable arriving after dark. The breakfast looked appealing, although we left too early to try it. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Dingy and Worn
My family and I stopped at this hotel overnight while traveling the Ohio turnpike. The front desk staff were pleasant, but exhibited questionable customer service. My first possible concerning experience was that the gentleman at the front desk asked to examine my credit card before I used it. After his examination, he handed my credit card back for me to swipe in the credit card machine on the counter. Then, he asked me to sign a form stating that I will be charged $500 for any room damages. Maybe this is a standard ask of all hotel guests? Lastly, he asked me if I had any pets with me (whi

Stay was horrible. Got in one room with torn carpet. TVs did not work. Had to pack up everything and move to a new room where the TVs also did not work.

Room was clean - though it does need some maintenance for wear and tear. Mostly in the bathroom - door wasn't working properly and stains on ceiling and just a little run down compared to the rest of the suite. Overall - fantastic stay. Will definitely book again!
