Pros: The friendly night staff man. The location. Cons: Good morning, This is my formal complaint for my booking number in room 149. Confirmation: 6873763414 under Val Holiday. The front desk man at night was very pleasant when I arrived around 11, the card key given to my partner who came later was not active. I believe the woman who gave him the card key did not activate it. I did not learn of this until after we left. The security on the door was not working properly. The door would not properly lock sometimes and he had to knock in order for me to open the door, but that was because I phys
