Convenient and comfortable hotel.
Pros: Comfortable and clean, though without much charm. Convenient location. Nice staff. Lobby had pleasant seating areas. Cons: Rooms were quite small. We were glad to be upgraded to a suite.

Pros: Location was great. Staff were nice and always available if needed. Hotel was very clean and well taken care of. Loved that washer and dryer were available on site. Cons: The menu selection of the bistro could be expanded. While the breakfast buffet was amazing, evening food selections were very limited. I understand that the bistro isn't really meant for dinner each night, but having a few more items in addition to pizza and wings would have been appreciated (e.g. soup and salad).

Pros: Comfortable bed Clean room However the floors were not clean. Bottom of my sport socks were dirty every day. Cons: One of the service people wasn’t very friendly. Didn’t go out of their way a few times. Would’ve preferred a better cafe or restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Scrambled Eggs were terrible & we don’t eat make your own boiled eggs. The women staff were very helpful & accommodating. I assumed we would get shampoo and hair vi sitio er in our bathroom like most hotel stays. Not a body gel soap for everything. Upon arrival, the staff member did not go over the switches in our ro

Pros: Inside the facilities, it's perfect. Good staff, perfect treatment, cleanliness, etc... Cons: Some of the surrounding streets are dirty, decadent, and with homeless people.
